{"id":1318,"date":"2022-09-01T20:28:53","date_gmt":"2022-09-01T20:28:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sdgs.mk\/%d0%bf%d0%b0%d1%80%d1%82%d0%bd%d0%b5%d1%80%d0%b8\/"},"modified":"2022-12-16T14:21:00","modified_gmt":"2022-12-16T14:21:00","slug":"partneritete","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/sdgs.mk\/sq\/partneritete\/","title":{"rendered":"Partneritete"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>R\u00ebnd\u00ebsia e bashk\u00ebpunimit dhe partneritetit n\u00eb arritjen e Objektivave t\u00eb Zhvillimit t\u00eb Q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm n\u00ebnkupton p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi dhe solidaritet t\u00eb nd\u00ebrsjell\u00eb, shk\u00ebmbim t\u00eb vazhduesh\u00ebm dhe ekspertiz\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar realizimin e plot\u00eb t\u00eb objektivave, t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb nj\u00eb udh\u00ebrr\u00ebfyes p\u00ebr nj\u00eb bot\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bashk\u00ebpunimi nd\u00ebrsektorial e inkurajon dhe e promovon efikasitetin publik, publik-privat dhe partneritete me sektorin civil, q\u00eb bazohet n\u00eb p\u00ebrvojat dhe strategjit\u00eb e partneritetit p\u00ebr sigurimin e resurseve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Qeveria, institucionet dhe vet\u00ebqeverisjet lokale kan\u00eb nj\u00eb rol t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm dhe udh\u00ebheq\u00ebs n\u00eb krijimin e politikave dhe ligjeve q\u00eb bazohen n\u00eb gjetjet dhe rekomandimet p\u00ebr nevojat e grupeve dhe kategorive t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta t\u00eb cenueshme, por realizimi i Agjend\u00ebs 2030 varet nga secili prej nesh, nga kontributi i secilit aktor, duke filluar nga secili prej nesh si qytetar\u00eb, e m\u00eb tej n\u00eb nj\u00eb rrjet t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb aktor\u00ebsh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iniciativat e deritanishme t\u00eb realizuara me platform\u00ebn kontribuan n\u00eb p\u00ebrfshirjen e aktor\u00ebve t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm, nga sektor\u00eb t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm. Iniciativat treguan se fuqia e veprimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt dhe krijimi i partneriteteve i mund\u00ebson komunitetit t\u00eb arrij\u00eb objektiva dhe hapa konkrete nga Agjenda 2030, duke p\u00ebrdorur resurset e veta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sektori civil, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht iniciativat civil edhe p\u00ebrfshirja e tyre \u00ebsht\u00eb ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme p\u00ebr identifikimin e sfidave, mbledhjen e t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave p\u00ebr situat\u00ebn n\u00eb terren dhe monitorimin e arritjeve, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht kategorit\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb cenueshme, n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimit dhe sigurimit t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimeve. Organizatat civile punojn\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar mjedisin n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin veprojn\u00eb, n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin respektohen dhe sigurohen lirit\u00eb e tyre, p\u00ebr t\u00eb luftuar p\u00ebr stabilitet dhe q\u00ebndrueshm\u00ebri financiare, dialog dhe partneritet me aktor\u00eb t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm q\u00eb kontribuojn\u00eb n\u00eb realizimin e objektivave p\u00ebr zhvillim t\u00eb q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm. Komuniteti akademik \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e sektorit civil q\u00eb mund t\u00eb kontribuoj\u00eb me resurset e veta n\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje t\u00eb iniciativave. Shembull i suksessh\u00ebm bashk\u00ebpunimi \u00ebsht\u00eb projekti &#8220;Tezga jon\u00eb&#8221; i &#8220;Koalicionit Rural&#8221; n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin institucioni akademik FINKI u p\u00ebrfshi me mb\u00ebshtetje n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet zhvillimit t\u00eb platform\u00ebs s\u00eb internetit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c7el\u00ebsi i bashk\u00ebpunimit nd\u00ebrsektorial \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrfshirja e <strong>komunitetit t\u00eb biznesit<\/strong>, i p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuar nga individ\u00eb dhe kompani nga sektori privat. Veprimi i komunitetit t\u00eb biznesit \u00ebsht\u00eb me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi t\u00eb madhe p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb ndikimit q\u00eb ata e kan\u00eb n\u00eb zhvillimin ekonomik, mjedisin jet\u00ebsor, fuqin\u00eb pun\u00ebtore, energjin\u00eb dhe standardin e jetes\u00ebs. Duke marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb aktive n\u00eb realizimin e Objektivave t\u00eb Zhvillimit t\u00eb Q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm, kompanit\u00eb b\u00ebhen qytetar\u00eb korporativ\u00eb aktiv\u00eb dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegjsh\u00ebm q\u00eb sjell p\u00ebrfitime p\u00ebr shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb, e n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb duke u zhvilluar mbi parimet e biznesit t\u00eb q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm, ESG, etj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Komunat dhe k\u00ebshillat komunale <\/strong>kan\u00eb rol t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm n\u00eb lokalizimin e Objektivave t\u00eb Zhvillimit t\u00eb Q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm. N\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet partneriteteve dhe zbatimit t\u00eb iniciativave s\u00eb bashku me sektorin civil dhe t\u00eb biznesit privat, komunat n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet rekomandimeve dhe masave t\u00eb nxjerra nga harta sociale, i krijojn\u00eb ose i plot\u00ebsojn\u00eb planet e veprimit social, t\u00eb cilat arrijn\u00eb objektiva specifike sipas kategorive t\u00eb cenueshme. Shembull pozitiv i nj\u00eb komune q\u00eb ka b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb hap p\u00ebrpara nga komunat e tjera \u00ebsht\u00eb Manastiri, i cili rekomandimet dhe masat i ka p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb Planin Social 2021-2024, si plan afatgjat\u00eb p\u00ebr p\u00ebrballjen dhe realizimin e objektivave p\u00ebr zhvillim t\u00eb q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm q\u00eb i synojn\u00eb personat me aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb kufizuara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kjo platform\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb konfirmim se bashk\u00ebpunimi i mir\u00eb nd\u00ebrsektorial sjell zgjidhje p\u00ebr problemet.
